(150 words+) I see the Server is getting in a slow process of problems and I see this server has a chance to be good for the community, but I also see a lack of good Staff members and recently the Members of this community are getting upset about it. I don't want this Community to End because I want to believe that this Community will be better than my previous ones. I want to share my experience as a previous Event Manager for this Community. I made a lot of friends on this Community and don't want to let those happy moments go without me helping for the Server to be a better place than before. So with that said I hope that if we all work together and give this server a chance we gonna make something great out of this and finally find a place I can call my Family. What can you bring to the Event Team? (50 words+) I can give tips to the other Event Staff Members and maybe tell them about something in the Story which they didn't know. I know a lot of the Starwars universe. I watched all of the episodes of "The Clone Wars" and the Movies from Episode 1-7 including Rogue One. I was one 4+ Community and collected a lot of experience including Staff duties. Also getting new people means new Events with different Ideas and outcomes. I'm a kind person and respect other People higher ranked or lower ranked I don't matter for me. I can help others with their Events as I said by giving Tips or Tricks. I can make my own Events with other Mission not only running around and killing but others like sneaking in a Base, or other things. [b][size=120]Situational Analysis[/size][/b] A fellow event staff member wants your help with the event he/she will be hosting, what would you do? Accept and discuss the information You catch a person trying to ruin the event and there are no staff members available, how do you respond to this situation? First, warn the person if it didn't work quickly deal with him There is a shortage of events lately and people want an event very soon or they will start to leave which gives you very little time to plan, what would you do? Do a basic "Attack on Base" Event and then improvise what you could maybe expand the Event to  An event doesn't go to plan and an important character (either lore-wise or event wise) dies, how do you respond to this situation? Quickly adapt to what the players are doing and think of a way to Reward/Punish them. A user is bad-mouthing your events, how do you react? Listen to what he is complaining about and take his critic. [size=120][b]Event Planning Structure Analysis[/b][/size] Please describe in detail your plan for an event that you would host on the server. (200 words+) It all starts at the Ship. Jedi Younglings came from hyperspace and ask for permission to land the to Build their Lightsabers[using the !model to model the players selected to play as the Younglings and the Knight and spawns crystals]. As they got granted they fly into the Hanger and went to a Safe Place to Build their Lightsabers. However, the Deathwatch got other plans with the Crystals of the Younglings[Deathwatch will have a shotgun, a sniper rifle, an assault rifle, and a cloaking device it will be given by the command !give ]. They sneaked on the Ship and stole the Crystals from the Younglings and escaped(if not in the corpses of the DW we found info about a dangerous DW base ). Lucky that there was a Tracker on their Ship(if not, then let's say we need time to search where they Hyper jumped) and the Venator went to the Planet where the Tracker leads[changing map with !menu and go to Map to select the map to change it]. On the Planet, the Army plans how to get the Crystals back. After that the Army moves out, they meet the Deathwatch and they started fighting[NPCs are being spawned in with the Toolgun weapons are E-5 except when it's a special NPC. They need to find system accesses to proceed]. After The Army reached the HQ of the DW they spotted the Leader of the Death Watch, Pre Vizsla[Will have the black saber, a jetpack, dual pistols, and an Assault rifle]. He plans to use the Crystals for his Weapon to get Destructive Power. The Army tries to stop him[Time limit depending on size. (If the Army fails he will wipe out a City that supports the Republic)] and they are victories. However, Vizsla threatens to destroy the Crystals, if they are not releasing him. And so Vizsla was sent free and with to trace of him(if there is a tracker then let say Vizsla noticed it and destroyed the tracker). The Younglings got their Crystals back and went to the Jedi Temple to Build the Lightsabers in peace. THE END
